Kiarra Dacres

Kiarra Dacres is an Illinois licensed CAM property manager currently employed with Advantage Properties Chicago. Without direct desire, Kiarra attended Robert Morris University to obtain an associate degree in business administration. Soon after her first year of college, she received a job as a human resources assistant. It was at this moment that her passion for business operations developed. Over the last 20 years, Kiarra has worked as a senior personal banker, real estate office administrator, property manager, and executive office manager. As an office manager and property manager, Kiarra's focus is on the well-being of her clients. She was responsible for facilitating the rental of units, the purchase of condominiums, ensuring the completion of work orders, overseeing capital projects, obtaining proposals, producing budgets, adhering to said budgets, hiring employees, training new hires, and much more. Many residents living in buildings managed by Kiarra are senior citizens. She has been hands-on with rehabbing units to meet the unique needs of her clients. Most recently, an owner was placed in hospice. Kiarra facilitated the quick turnaround of his home to ensure his last days were as comfortable as possible. Lastly, Kiarra is a dedicated director of cheer for the High Ridge Chargers, a local youth football and cheer program. This is a volunteer position she's been committed to for the last 18 years. Her strong work ethic, knowledge, and passion for service will make her the perfect executive director.
