Founded by Desiree Cunningham, a nurse practitioner, Ruth Kenny, a registered nurse, and Kiarra Dacres, a licensed community association manager, our journey began with a shared vision of creating a home that transcends traditional care models.

With over 15 years of combined experience, our founders identified the growing need for quality, compassionate care within the community. Bridge to Care, PLLC, was established to meet this need, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities. Our mission is to build meaningful partnerships that prioritize the unique needs of our residents, acknowledging the complexities of coordinating comprehensive support and care.

Bridge to Care sets itself apart through a distinctive approach to Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA). Unlike conventional facilities, our home offers eight beds with semi-private rooms, fostering an intimate and personalized environment. This setting ensures that each resident receives prompt attention and dedicated care, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere.

Guided by Ruth and Desiree's commitment to health promotion and prevention, along with Kiarra's expertise in community property management, we provide more than just a residence.
